My Passion

Learning has always been my passion. I have worked tirelessly to maintain a high level of academic achievement. Currently I am enrolled in the Honors Program at Park University in Parkville, MO working towards a double major in International Business and Business Management and a minor in Economics. My ultimate educational goal is to obtain my Master’s Degree in both International Business and Healthcare. Having a double major has been tough, but having my hard work recognized through the Honors Program has made it all worth it.

The following is my educational philosophy taken from my essay (you may view the entire essay by clicking on the "Essay Submitted" tab).  This is my personal view and one that reflects my belief in international networking both in business and education.

Global education is a requirement for success in the world today. We can no longer accept the idea that our world contains many separate entities working in a disconnected effort against one another. Instead, we are one complete, integrated world working as a united congregate. Global education plays a key role in preparing the thought process for individuals to explore innovative paths in conducting business and throughout our daily lives. Park University has made global education a possibility for individuals from numerous countries; I too would like to participate in global education through the Study Abroad Program.

Education has been a catalyst for some of my biggest successes in life. I’m a strong advocate for development through cultural exchange in an effort to enrich growth educationally and personally.
